Website, plaques, other expenses

1.) 2024 In Review-
2.) Treasury report – bank $$$ money went $800 kids tournament, $1,100
scale, $500 donation, $600 website
Keystone Co Op donation $380.00
CSCD explore more options for donations for Kids tournament.
3.) Officers for 2025- Stayed the same for 2025

Notes:
Stocking question: Making a fish stocking fund ?? Ecology thing
Ecology report- All small mouth must be put back
Large mouth under 13” must be taken out.
One lake- shock boat massive calling will need help to remove fish lots of to
be taken out at night. Anglers club gets to choice, and we chose Sweetwater

4.) Set Tuesday night league a. Date – April 30th thru September 3rd
5.) Set USA BASSIN tournaments and director! 4/27 @9a.m. 5/18 @8a.m. 6/22 @7a.m. 7/20 @6a.m. 8/10 @6a.m.
6.) Set Classic tournament. Date – September 7th
7.) Set Kid’s tournament
a. Date – July 6th @9a.m. to Noon
b. Talk with potential sponsors for bigger prizes
8.) Rules review – rule 17 clarify it better
New Business:
1.) Trophies for kid’s tournament
2.) Tagging System for CATCH and WIN!
3.) Open Floor- June 29th Fairfax Ramp Lake Monroe Cast for Kids.
a.) Talk with ecology – add bait fish and or shock the lake for fish count.
b.) Idea- big bass pot progressive- $5.00 accruing each tournament until fish at least 3 tournaments set weight at 5.50lbs. for sweetwater and 5.0lbs for Cordry.
c.) Saturday help maybe fish fry with the Fire dept.
d.) Idea – starting a scholarship for brown county school and Indian Creek.
e.) If your not a member of the club on the day of CLASSIC. NO FISH Adjourn – 7:30 pm

Meeting called to order at 6:35 with 10 members present
Committee Reports
- Tres Report $ on account with no bills outstanding
Old business
- Reviewed 2022
- Officers retained for another year (unanimous)
- Tournament Director. Randy agreed to remain TD provided we have a strict 5:30 to 5:50 sign end window. If you are late, we will take care of it after the event
- Tuesday Night league 5/2 to 9/5
- IN-39 USABassin dates on the web site
- Classic date 9/9
- Kids tourney 7/8
- Rules review
New Business
- A motion was passed unanimously to encrease the Tuesday night fees tp 40/25$
- A motion was made to encresae 2024 dues to 20$ passed 7-1
- Discussed a fish tagging lottery
- Will look into adding a PayPal type service to the web page
- The call boat will be in charge of doing live well inspections

Modified Big Bass rule to state fish must be alive to count
Discussed responsible ways to dispose of runt bass
Explore a “Cast for Kids” event
Discussed trophies for Kids tourney
Agreed to re-up web site for 1 year *(2/2/21 exe board agrees to re-up for 2 years at a discount)
Motion to cap club take on events at 40$ passed 7 to 5
Agreed last paid place should at least get their money back
Xmas tree to be droped
